For Love of Children has been named a beneficiary of the Acumen Solutions Race for a Cause 8K race on Sunday, November 1, 2009 in Arlington, VA. We are thrilled about this opportunity and would like to strongly encourage all of our constituents to participate in this race as a runner, walker or volunteer to help raise funds for FLOC.

The race will be on a fast, flat, out-and-back course that begins and ends on North Quincy Street, near the intersection of Wilson Boulevard in Arlington, VA. The event is produced in partnership with Potomac River Running. Runners of all levels, as well as walkers are encouraged to participate.
